All communications and records are confidential and maintained in accordance with HIPAA guidelines unless there is written consent to share information with others.

Session fees are discussed upon our initial consultation call. I am an out of network provider and send a statement that can be submitted for reimbursement according to your plan agreement. Fees are collected at the time of each session using a secure credit card payment system.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy and the full session fee will be collected for not canceling within the notice period. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
