FAQs

  • All communications and records are confidential and maintained in accordance with HIPAA guidelines unless there is written consent to share information with others.

  • Session fees are discussed upon our initial consultation call. I am an out of network provider and send a statement that can be submitted for reimbursement according to your plan agreement. Fees are collected at the time of each session using a secure credit card payment system.

  • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy and the full session fee will be collected for not canceling within the notice period. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
