Compassionate Therapy. Innovative Healing.

Remote Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

By pairing compassionate, collaborative care with the evidence-based support of at-home KAP, we work to release the patterns that no longer serve you to create deep, lasting change.

Start the process

Traditional talk therapy is a powerful tool, but sometimes the mind needs a different kind of opening to move past deep-seated trauma, addictive issues, chronic depression, or rigid patterns of anxiety.

I offer remote Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for clients in NY, NJ, and CT. By combining the neurobiological benefits of ketamine with a compassionate, embodied, harm reduction-informed therapeutic process, we can work through mental and emotional "roadblocks" to accelerate your path to healing— all from the safety and privacy of your own home.

Medical screening and prescriptions are provided through Journey Clinical.

Overcome your obstacles

Substance use + Other Addictive Behaviors

Whether you want to moderate, control your use, or move towards abstinence, we’ll work at your pace to create strategies uniquely tailored to you.

Mood/Anxiety Issues + Trauma

Understand the ways that mood/anxiety issues and trauma impact our daily functioning and develop practices to increase self-care and build resilience.

Mindfulness

Build awareness of what’s underlying challenges in your life and gain tools to greet them with less reactivity and discomfort.

Parenting + Maternal Mental Health

Managing the multiple demands of parenting with work, relationships, and our own needs can be stressful. Gain support and resources to be more present and steady in the face of challenges.

Change habits and respond with more ease + compassion by building awareness.

Noticing our automatic reactions creates a more expansive understanding of the meaning we attach to our experiences. So often, we exist in auto-pilot mode where we may feel detached from our experiences.

My integrative approach invites curiosity into our present moment experiences— bodily reactions, thoughts, emotions, and action urges. By pausing to inquire into our basic needs, we can establish a path forward more aligned with our values and goals.
